*Synopsis*

Stalking and restraining orders are a thing of Alayna Pierce's past. With her MBA newly in hand, she has her future figured out--move up at the nightclub she works at and marry the manager, David. Deliciously Steamy!

This book was really interesting. What started out as the typical billionaire propositioning a financially needy girl turned out to be so much more.

Lanie/Alayna a bartender at the Sky Launch recently graduated from Stern with her MBA. She loves working in a bar and wants nothing more than to be promoted to manager. She doesn't want a "stuffy office job". The Sky Launch was recently bought by no other than billionaire Hudson Pierce. Much to Lanie's surprise she had already met him, he was the guy in the suit that had her all flustered. What starts out as an arrangement turns into something more. But things are not what they seem. These two have deep rooted issues.

Let me tell you that you are going to LOVE Hudson. He was incredibly HOT and very alpha! I wanted to eat him up.

There is A LOT of sex! I'm talking about panty melting sex. You may need a change of underwear when you are done. They use it to deal with the things they feel but can't express or explain. At times I felt like a needed a cigarette and I don't even smoke!

I didn't know going in that it was going to be a series, but I was glad when it DIDN'T end with a WTF CLIFFHANGER!!! Thank you for that Laurelin.

I'm kinda torn over the rating on this one. I really wanted to give it 5 stars but I just couldn't. On the one hand I really liked it, so much that I had a hard time putting it down when I had to work. On the other hand I felt like their issues, which the author made into a two wrongs make a right situation, were too much for them to actually have a healthy relationship. In the author's defense the way she did it kind of worked.

Overall, this was a super steamy good read. Can't wait for the next book.
