Synopsis
Delilah “Lily” Flynn is used to her drab existence. Lily’s been living it for twenty two years. Her boring life is suddenly turned on its head when she’s rudely kidnapped from her bedroom. Or so she thinks. Nox Taylor is far too high up in his field to be assigned a babysitting job. There’s nothing more he wants than to complete his mission so he can be rid of the smartass tomboy, Lily. Day after day, Nox watches Lily and her strange ways. She’s unlike any woman he’s ever met. Getting close to the girl is purely for her own protection…right? Lily never imagined she’d make her first real friends in captivity. What lengths would she go through to keep them? (Author note: This is NOT a dark romance.)

*4.5 Stars*
You know how some people have a Love/Hate relationship well Lilly and Nox have a Hate/Hate relationship.
Lilly is kidnapped by Nox so their relationship starts off ... Let's just say "a little rocky". But as secrets are revealed and the more time they spend together, Lilly finds that there is a lot more to her kidnapping and the man who kidnapped her.
One of the things I loved about this book was the humor.
"I swear this guy must've been conceived through backdoor action. There's no way being that much of an asshole is natural."
The only thing I didn't like was at times the dialogue felt cheesy and didn't fit the ages of the characters.
Overall, Willing Captive is a fun and sexy read that will make you want to be kidnapped by Nox ;)
Excerpt
"Do you have a boyfriend?”
Shaking my head, I tell her, “Not unless he’s the fictional kind. It’s just me and my books.”
Her face turns thoughtful, her eyes sad. She murmurs, “Must get lonely.”
Smiling, I say just as quietly, “I could say the same for you.”
She smiles back. “Touché.”
We both lay back down on the bed with a sigh. I guess my life isn’t so bad.
At least I’m not dead
